By accessing or using the Great Ideas Within platform, consulting services, or digital products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our ecosystem.
Intellectual Property Rights
All methodologies, software code, transformation frameworks, and "Great Ideas Within" brand assets remain the exclusive property of Great Ideas Within. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to implement these ideas within their respective organizations as outlined in specific service agreements.

Operational Redesign Usage
Users engaging with our Operational Redesign tools agree to provide accurate, non-confidential data for diagnostic purposes unless a separate NDA is in effect. Great Ideas Within is not liable for outcomes resulting from independent modifications to our recommended transformation roadmaps.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Ideas Within shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our transformation services. We prioritize operator success but cannot guarantee specific market performance.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
