A remote beginning

From Canada, Sheila Randall began supporting Dubai-based organizations as they navigated the unprecedented challenges of a global shift in how people worked, led, learned, and adapted.

2020 – 2024

A deeper realization

Across industries, organizations were not struggling because they lacked technology. They were struggling because they were being asked to adapt faster than their people, processes, and operating models were prepared for. The challenge was never just digital transformation. On the ground in Dubai
